Founded in 1994 by Eva Dunning, Connecting Ties, Inc. began as a response to the closure of Harborview Developmental Center. With a passion for filling service gaps, Eva laid the foundation for what would become one of Valdez’s largest employers and most trusted care agencies. Starting with vocational services through the Second Time Around store, we expanded to include care coordination and a broad array of support services.
